Follow these steps to activate your McAfee Total Protection antivirus:

1: Log in to the following link with your McAfee account: https://home.mcafee.com/secure/protected/login.aspx. If you don't have a McAfee account, you must create a new one.

2: Once you have logged in, go to the "Account" menu and look for the option "Redeem your Retail Card."

3: Enter the license key provided to you in the email.

4: Follow the wizard's instructions to download the program; it should come activated upon installation.

5: If it does not activate automatically upon installation, you must manually enter the license key when prompted by the program.
